Accomplishment: 

I wrote the spec below for a spam filter, and created and designed the product.  

Impact: 

 This spam-detecting agent was later incorporated into other anti-spam products sold by Symantec, who bought Brightmail. 

Details: 

 When working as a Lotus Notes apps developer/systems admin, I was assigned to design and create a spam filtering agent that would mirror the spam agents that had been created  for Outlook and other email systems. 2002 at Brightmail.
